Starbucks Coffee Company

Overall good. Only complaint was when Cashier attempted to insinuate I can use the self service bar.... I dont pay $6 for self service, I am paying for customizable orders no matter how simple. Dont recommend your self serve station ever. If so, charge 2.39 for your coffee and point to the self serve station

It's a Starbucks so you know what you're getting. But it is more pricey being at a theme park hotel. If your just looking for caffeine head further back to the cafeteria area and order a coffee. They have black coffee on tap. If you're looking for something sweeter than delicious black coffee they also have hot chocolate. Just fill you coffee 2/3 or 3/4 full, then fill the rest with hot chocolate. Delicious tasting and way cheaper than Starbucks.

This Starbucks is strategically located in the Hotel lobby, with a wide variety of products like the other locations. The area is clean and organized. I found the staff polite, fast and very friendly. The refreshments were good, but I found the Cheese Danish tasteless and hard.

I go to this Starbucks every time I stay here, I’ve never had any issues. First time I’ve visited and the line wasn’t around the corner.

Staff is overwhelmed. Huge line. Many people ordering special drinks so it's slow, very slow. They need more staff. Very expensive vs any other Starbucks.
